About us

I require a retainer for services, usually 50% of the cost. I accept Visa and Mastercard. I pass along to the trade discounts to my clients. An assistant can also be hired for more extensive jobs.

I stage occupied and vacant homes. I take before and after pictures and share them with the client and realtor. I work with clients to redesign their rooms in homes where they want to stay. I assist them in purchasing furnishings and accessories. I have vendors that I work with for things like flooring, granite, window treatments, etc. I help homeowners decorate their homes for the holidays, using a lot of what they already have.

Services we don't offer

any structural changes to the home, outside holiday decorating, putting lights on Christmas trees, cleaning services, moving heavy things or electronics

Shana was very helpful with ideas how to incorporate items I️ already had and pulled everything together. She was able to guide to just the right quilt and pillows that really made my new look. She made it such a fun experience.
