Clear Water Pool Service

Got our pool clear and balanced after we had almost given up hope doing chemicals ourselves. Saved money on chemical costs. Also advised on needed repairs to equipment. Very dependable and responsive. Also polite.

The individuals were very nice and did a good job of cleaning the filters and power washing the pool. However when it comes to following through they are a definite miss. They have been paid in full and didn’t care to finish the job. I had to contact them to let them know the pool had filled and when I ask when they would be by to put the chemicals in , they said tomorrow. Half way though the day I called again to ask and was told they are not sure. I advised I was turning on the pump because I didn’t want the water to sit. When I went to the equipment it was still dismantled so I put it back together. So and entire day as passed with no chemicals in the pool. Now they are closed.. They don’t seem to care about finishing the job since they have been paid in Full.

They were great. I'm a first time pool owner and they were great in explaining things I had going on! I'll be hiring them to come on a regular basis for my cleaning and maintenance.

Called clear water and they were out the next day and solved the riddle by identifying an issue in the filter housing itself. This was the second time I have used them and both times was an A+. They are prompt, friendly people who know pools.

They just came in and rush to burst the stairs. They stayed there for 3 minutes. I paid for a service that i didn't get.

We were getting our house ready for sale and Jamie and Jim came through for us. We had to move in the middle of the work, and they coordinated everything with our real estate agent. All was completed on time before closing, making the new buyer happy. They did a great job and on time givem all the rain and setbacks we had. Clear Water comes highly recommended!

Was having a problem with my pump that my normal company could not fix so I called Jimmy and he came over to the house within 5 minutes. He looked over the system and everything ended up being fine and he did not charge anything for his time. Very professional and will call again for any pool repair needs.

I can’t say enough good things here about Jamie. He responds right away and does a great job. I was lost needing help getting my pool ready for the summer. I was given some bad advice from other service company’s. Then I couldn’t get a return call. I contacted Jamie out of desperation. He came out right away and was honest and trustworthy. I signed up for monthly service and have been beyond happy with the great customer service and care!

They have fixed every issue I have had with my pool. I have been able to trust them performing services while i'm not home. They're always very friendly and personable. If you have an emergency. they will still work you in regardless of how busy they are. They are always in and out very quickly.

Had bad luck with other pool companies in past. Jimmy was able to come out the same day and take care of the issues. Did a great job in a timely fashion.Explained differences of going with the regular Polaris pump vs. new one. I'm happy to have found a pool repair service that is reliable, knowledgeable, honest and fair priced. I highly recommend him. I also really like talking to the actual person doing the work instead of the company always sending someone else.

They gave a wealth of information and taught us what chemicals to use and how to use them. They ordered parts from the west coast to fit our existing equiptment.

Clear Water Pool Service is fantastic!!!! We had the worst luck dealing with pool service providers through our home warranty company. For the first 1.5 years of living in our new home, the pool had one problem after another that no one seemed to be able to figure out completely or fix. It was constantly cloudy or turning green. Finally, one of the providers determined we needed new filters. Shortly after that, the very noisy pool pump that drove us crazy stopped working. Thank goodness that pump died! We called Clear Water Pool service and they were able to come out the same day to give us estimates on a couple of options for replacement. And within a couple of days, the pump was ordered, received and installed. Having the new pump installed has completely changed our perspective on having a pool. The pump (which sits outside the bedroom window) is VERY quiet and is apparently pumping enough water to keep our pool beautiful. We were very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their pool!!

The service turned out okay. We love this company and they usually come out once weekly. They do what they say they will do and he is very efficient, pleasant and dependable.
