Description of Work: Came to put together exercise equipment, which he did well. Asked him about pantry drawers and he said yes. Gave acceptable estimate and agreed to do the work. A week later I called him to ask him about the work. He said he'd come back to measure but Crowley was out of the way and he did not know when he'd be here to measure. He eventually came and measured. I came home about a week or so later to find a note in my mailbox on A PIECE OF SCRAP PAPER asking me if I still wanted the work done. I called and left 3 messages hoping to get the work done. He never replied. I never wanted to write such a poor review but your company kept pressing for a review.

Description of Work: This man missed two appointments for service. Not reliable, wasted my time I could have gotten someone who actually showed up to complete the work requested. Now I have to look again and get someone else to come out.
