Description of Work: I contacted Mr. Simon to get a deadbolt installed & a padlock latch. He was very short & condescending. He spoke over me as I tried to clarify what I needed. He was scheduled to come out the next day but he called to say my address as not in his GPS. I tried to tell him that it was a new neighborhood so it wouldn't be in GPS only google maps but he kept talking over me repeatedly asking me to spell the name of my address because he didn't have google maps. Then I tried to give him directions which was exit here, turn here and then here. That's it. He stated he couldn't remember all of that and he would call back later. I told him I was in the middle of an exercise class and couldn't keep answering the phone. He said "well I guess we'll have to schedule it another time." To say his customer service skills were lacking would be an understatement.

Description of Work: Replaced an old doorknob in our home. It was a minor emergency when I called. He arrived in the alloted time frame and replaced the knob. Very nice gentleman.

Description of Work: Came out to the house to unlock a security door lock that was frozen. Was not able to unlock or drill through the lock because it would not unlock the door. Locksmith was honest about his ability.

Description of Work: He installed dead bolt locks at my Mother-in-laws home.

Description of Work: Carl did a very good job for me and I plan to use him again. He re- keyed 6 doors and gave me 8 keys for what I thought was very reasonable. I have some other work I plan to use him for, I would highly recommend him.
