Description of Work: Brennan replaced all the windows (26) and one door in our home. The installation crew was on time, cordial and efficient. Our issue is with the door they installed. We thought we were getting a door that would have the same finish as the windows. Instead we received an unfinished door. We called and emailed Brennan about the door and were told none of their doors are finished at the factory. We were disappointed and felt deceived, but allowed them to send a painter to paint the door. We were told the painter applied two coats of paint at once when we complained the paint was chipping after only two days. Then they sent two painters and still the paint job was lacking. Rather than have them send someone else out to do another poor job of painting, after rearranging our schedule to be home, we paid them and bid good riddance. We are incredibly disappointed with Brennan Enterprises.

Description of Work: They replaced 5 windows in our home. Three very large ones on the top floor. Very good work, very professional. Great job. I will definately use them again when i replace the rest of our windows.

Description of Work: Replaced my windows. Excellent work. Unlike some window replacement companies, they had a wide range of products to chose from and salesman was knowledgable. Installers were quick, neat and did great work finishing ahead of planned schedule.

Description of Work: We had 17 windows at our home replaced by Brennan associates Howard and Brian. They were very professional. We were well-pleased with the quality of the windows, the installation and the clean-up. We were also pleased with the cost and the lifetime transferable warranty.

Description of Work: We replaced our 6' x 9' picture window with a 1/2 and two 1/4 windows along with a single window in the back of the house since they were both cracked. The process was painless, the workers were professional, and the work was done quickly and with great quality. We will definitely be reaching out to them when we are ready to replace the rest of our windows.

Description of Work: We met with Scott Brennan and were pleased with his presentation. He was the third window replacement quote we received. After sitting through the other two presentations it was refreshing that Mr. Brennan completed his quote right in front of us. He was thorough with his infromation but respected our time. We plan to use Brennan for our project - replacing all 25 windows in our house.

Description of Work: Removed old siding and replaced with Hardie-plank..Mr. Brennan was very responsive to all questions, and the team did a very good job with installation.

Description of Work: I contacted Brennan the first week of March to get an estimate for installing Hardie planking on our house in Lewisville. I visited their website to contact them for a date to come to our home and provide an estimate. I was contacted by phone and an appointment was set for Monday, March 18 at 4:30 PM. By 4:55 on the 18th, no one had shown up or called. I called and the rep on the phone stated though our name was in the system, there was no record of the appointment and we were "lost in the system." No reps were near our area at the time, so an offer was made to give some pricing over the phone or to schedule for another time. I declined, the rep apologized, and I informed them that we had two other contractors giving us estimates on the 19th and 20th. The person on the phone was pleasant and apologetic. However, I cannot spend thousands of dollars in home repairs wiith a company that cannot keep an appointment for an initial estimate. Based on that alone, I cannot recommend doing business with them.

Description of Work: It was great to see the same sales rep from 3 years ago - that says a lot about a company. We purchased 2 new windows and a solar screen and weatherstripping for a door. At first I though we needed a new door but when their team came to measure, he said that we really could just fix it by adjusting the hinges and putting new weatherstripping - that saved me over $200! Their install staff was efficient and detailed. It was a pleasure working with them.

Description of Work: Home was in need of a new front entry door, sidelights and transom. After a search of vendors and proposals, we decided on Brennan for the job. The contractor did not visit my home but instead took my measurements over the phone along with some emailed pics. When they sent a contractor out to do some final measurements, he measured wrong and as such Brennan decided they could not perform the job as described but wanted to leave out the Transom. When we informed our salesman that the measurements he had was wrong and the numbers we supplied was correct, he finally agreed to take a look at again. After agreeing that his measurements were wrong, her agreed to reinstate the original bid. He then called us in a few days indicating that he still could not do it and was withdrawing the proposal. After questioning, we brought out of him that the reason he could not do was the type of glass requested. We said ok ,lets just change the glass to something that would work. He again said he would get back to me. After about a week, he again decided he could not accommodate. We finally gave up. Bottom line, we wasted over a month going back and forth with these guys and still had no plan. We have since started all over and have a couple of contractors willing and able to take the job, they also gave us some unique ideas to fit the space we have. In retrospect, I do not think Brennan really wanted our job due to it being on the fringe of their coverage area. They should have just declined to start with. A couple of other annoying experiences here, all during the process, even though nothing was set and decided on, we kept on getting 'project update' calls stating that the door was ordered but has not come in. This was obvious since it was NOT ordered yet. It appeared one hand did not know what the other was up to. The company also did not honor their advertisement offering a 10% Angies List discount. I would not recommend working with this company unless you really like a frustrating experience.
