They are an old company in Fort Worth. They were excellent. They were prompt and they did an excellent job. I have been pleased with the price and the quality of the work. I give them A's across the board.

I found some mold in some of my air ducts and called BM because we had a baby on the way. The lead worker, examined my ducts and said that a full duct job would be a waste of money because with curved ducts (which most residences have), they could only go a few feet into the duct work. Instead he recommended that they run a sanitation fog through the entire system. He also took apart our air handler and found the major source of the mold and cleaned and sanitized it. They did all of this for far less than the original estimate I got over the phone. Or other bids I got from other firms in Dallas. This is a large, professional organization that does not try to rip customers off. I can't say enough about how pleased and professional they were. The left the place spotless. I am very picky, and they left me very happy!

They had done a good job after our dog had messed up the carpet. They treated us well, and were very prompt and professional. Their pricing was reasonable, and I was impressed with their work.

Very well. I've used this company three (3) times now. They always come on time, work in pairs and do a thorough job. No high pressure upselling as I have experienced with most other carpet cleaning firms.

I had a fine experience with them. They did a very good job. The men were very professional and helpful. It was a bit expensive, but I think the price was standard for what they did.

They were great, nice, polite, on time and informed us about things we needed to know about carpet upkeep.

Things went poorly. Although the people I dealt with in scheduling, and then rescheduling (at my request), an appointment to have our air ducts cleaned were very polite, my rescheduled appointment was somehow canceled at the local level. I learned of this cancellation when I called to see why the crew had not yet shown up at our house at the appointed time. What is odd about this experience is that I received a confirmation voice mail the day before the rescheduled appointment, the details of which were all correct: the crew was scheduled to show up at the appointed place and time--at least according to Blackmon Mooring corporate. That the crew failed to show during the mid-week, mid-day time window agreed upon made the inconvenience of my calendar juggling meaningless. If I decide to go ahead and have this service performed, I will now need to again rearrange my calendar--but this time I will try a different service provider.

The price advertised and quoted for air duct cleaning is $199.00. After calling, I found out that this includes up to 10 air vents. Each air vent after that is an additional charge. I was told this on the phone, which was fine. When the serviceman got to the house, I was told that it would cost over $600 to do the job. I asked why and he explained the $199 was basic cleaning, each additional duct was $39.00 and each cooling unit of which I had two would be $89.00 each. They also told me that the instructions from the main office was to do everything, which included disinfecting the air ducts. I had specifically told them on the phone that I did not want this. I also was never told about the additional charges for the units. The serviceman told me there was no reason to clean the ducts without cleaning the main units since the dirt came from there. I argued with him about false advertising of the services and ended up speaking with the manager. After much disagreement, he agreed to have only ONE of the units cleaned for the price. A bit disappointing.

They were very professional, they did a very quick and professional job, they cleaned up very nicely after themselves. I would recommend them to others and I would use them again.

Called the office to set up the appointment and we were able to get on the schedule the day we wanted within a weeks time as we requested. We were told that the lead tech for our area was Jonathan. The appointment was between 2-4PM. Jonathan called about 1:45PM to say that he would be be at our home in about 20-30 minutes. Let me say that my wife is Asian and very picky and she and Jonathan worked well together. They used the hot water extraction machine and cleaned the areas listed above. The carpet looks like new and we are very pleased with the result.

I had recurring bad sinus problems. After the third sinus surgery, the doctor recommended testing the house for mold (which wasn't visible or noticible by smell). After it was detected by Texas Mold Inspection Services (which also did great), they recommended several companies to bid. Blackmon Mooring's pricing was in line with the others, their bid was much more detailed, Bob Martin was friendly, prompt and professional. Plus, as I had to move out of the house until it was re-mediated, Blackmon Mooring also got the nod because they were able to start almost immediately (3 days after inspection and estimate), and finished quickly. The work was great, the house tested clean afterwards, and all their workers were very considerate, even coming back to make sure they pointed out a small paint chip from when they removed painter's tape on the containment area--something I bet some other companies might not have done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Well the rep did call earlier and they were at the house by 12:30pm. They used a steam vacuum to clean my den and a very large living/dining room combo. They got out all the stains except the blue marker that my 2 year old daughter found. I asked if there was anything they could do about the stain and he said I could try bleach but that would most likely ruin the carpet around it. He recommended that I not waste anymore money on that stain but eventually replace it. I appreciated his honest advice. Overall the carpet looks great in the front room and even the den (except for the blue stain). I am satisfied with the work. The helper who assisted the main person even helped me move a desk in another room for free.

Appointment day, I received a call at approx 9:00 am from one of the crew asking if it was OK to move my appointment up since there 9:00 had canceled. My appointment was originally scheduled between 12:00-2:00 pm; I agreed. The crew was there when I arrived, 15 minutes later. They were very nice and greeted me with a smile and hand shake. The crew leader walked the property with me, room to room and advised that the recycled carpet needed to be replaced, but they would do their best. I left them to their work and ask that they lock up when finished. I returned some 3 hours later and walked the carpet with white footies; they were soiled. I called the company back to advised that I was unhappy, not to mention that I forgot about my coupon at time of service (due to the rush). Anyway, they offered to re-clean all rooms. I hope Blackmon Mooring will honor their commitment to re-clean the carpet.

They showed up on time to pick the rugs up and they dropped them off when they were supposed to. They got the rugs out of the house without tearing anything up. They were very responsive and we will definitely use them again. The rugs look very nice and clean. They did a great job.

I thought this company charged me a really decent price for the hard work they do. They are very precise, very prompt and very affordable. I would use them again for sure.

Blackmon Mooring Steamatic was totally satisfactory. I was happy with the way they did their business. They came as agreed and were on time. They were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company.

The first couple years we used them and they were great and they did the vents and the carpet at the same time. The last time we used them, streaks showed up in the carpet.

Had them clean and treat the carpet with DuPont stain guard before I moved in. Worked great!

Alberto and his coworker called the morning we had our carpets cleaned to ask if they could come a half an hour early, and they did. They were very polite and worked quickly. They did a great job.

ON TIME (CALLED TO SAY THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY). TWO VERY POLITE, VERY CONSIDERATE MEN. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND WELL.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB REMOVING A WEEK OLD VARNISH STAIN FROM LIGHT COLORED CARPET.

CLEANED OFF-WHITE CARPET BEFORE I MOVED INTO MY PRE-OWNED HOUSE. PHONE REPRESENTATIVE WAS POLITE AND CALLED BACK A DAY PRIOR TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT. TECHNICIANS WERE PUNCTUAL AND POLITE. CARPET SEEMED ONLY MARGINALLY CLEANER OVERALL. SOME STAINS COULD NOT BE REMOVED, AND THE TECH DID TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THIS TO ME AT THE TIME. OTHER STAINS HAVE SINCE SURFACED- THESE STAINS WERE PROBABLY FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNERS, BUT I WONDER IF ANOTHER COMPANY MIGHT HAVE CLEANED THE CARPET MORE THOROUGHLY? WOULD PROBABLY TRY SOMEONE ELSE NEXT TIME.

BOTH OF THE SERVICE PERSONNEL WERE NICE, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOOK MY HAND BEFORE COMING IN MY HOME. NEAT, AND CLEAN APPEARANCES. TOOK THEIR TIME GOING THROUGH MY HOME WITH ME, AND HAVING ME POINT OUT NEEDS. NO SALES PRESSURE. I FINALLY LEARNED WHY OUR CARPETS, EVEN THOUGH WE DO NOT WEAR SHOES IN THE HOUSE, GET A DIRTY TINT TO THEM. I BURN A LOT OF CANDLES. I WILL CUT BACK ON THAT AS THE BAD AIR PRODUCED WILL SHOW UP BY DISCOLORING OUR CARPETS. PRICIER THEN OTHERS I HAVE USED, BUT THE RESULT, AND SERVICE PERSONNEL ARE MUCH BETTER.

BLACKMON MOORING IS THE BEST. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL OTHERS AND THEY DON'T COMPARE. I HAVE BEEN USING BLACKMON MOORING FOR YEARS. THEIR EQUIPMENT IS STATE OF THE ART AND THEIR STAFF IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFICIENT AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR MY CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING.

THE GUYS ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.
