He did real good service. I've been here for 18 years and I never had the vents cleaned. I have a big houses that is 3,500 square feet. There was a lot of stuff to clean. They got here at 9 am and they didn't leave until 8:30 pm so it took them all day. They were very good. It was 2 young men. They went up in the attic and checked what they needed to do and then they sat down with me and explained what they were going to have to do during the day and gave me an estimate. They asked if I wanted to do everything. I said yes because I could just see the dust after I cleaned. They explained everything as they went. It was expensive. I had more ducts than I thought because we didn't count the ducts in the hallways. They first gave a bid of $1,000 and then added $250 for the additional vents. The price was fine. I was just glad to get it done. They took pictures of everything they were going to clean to show me. My neighbors recommended them. They were right on time for the appointment. We had to leave the house for 2 hours because they had to spray each room for all the contamination. They were very professional and they did what they needed to do.

Thing went well enough. There was a lot of deferred maintenance on the house we had just purchased. I don't think the ducts had been cleaned in 30 years (seriously, the house is 33 years old, and I don't think the ducts had ever been cleaned). The carpets were about 10 years old, but I don't believe they had been professionally cleaned in that entire time. The two guys that came said their tank for holding all the dirty water would normally last about 5 houses and they filled in up 2 or three times on this one house.... that is how bad it was. The only real issues I had with the service were as follows: 1. They turned turned off the A/C unit master switch as they were cleaning and left if off when they departed. Because I didn't know this, I thought our AC was broken for a few days until we got it checked out. 2. They cut some holes in the vents to get to certain sections of the duct work. These holes were not closed properly and so the AC system was wildly inefficient ($700 monthly utility bill) until we had the ductwork properly repaired. 3. The carpet cleaning was way overdue (as I previously mentioned). However, the way they did it here at my house did not seem to match what you see in the commercial with the careful deliberate steady slow strokes of the cleaning head across the carpet. This more resemble the way a parent would wash behind the ears of an unruly child - rushed, aggressive, and with a bit of frustration for having to deal with it. The end result was OK. (Not bad, but not great.) A year later (and after a couple of repeat visits by Blackmon Mooring), we just pulled all the carpet in the house because we never seemed to get a handle on the allergies and dust in the air. The mess underneath was so disgusting it made me want to hurl. I readily acknowledge that some of this is due to the much delayed cleaning the previous owners of the house had left us with, but I was disappointed to see what was still under the pad of the carpet after the multiple professional cleanings by Blackmon Mooring over the past year. Since my ducts are now clean, and I don't have carpets anymore, I probably don't need their services again anytime soon, if at all. However, I thought they did an ADEQUATE job. I can not highly recommend them, but I can not really fault them too heavily for the mixed results we encountered.

Things went good. I had to call them back one time but then promptness was good. The pricing was good. They are a very large company so usually I tend to lean towards Mom and Pop stuff but in this category it is hard to do that. I would absolutely use them again. I just don't think that they have the personal touch of someone that owns their own business.

Scheduling the work was simpl, and everything turned out great. Mario, the technician who did the cleaning, was very professional and did an excellent job. I like that he always made sure to call ahead even though he was running just a few minutes late. Ultimately, the carpet turned out very well.

This company was hired by my insurance company to dry and restore my kitchen after water damage done by a leak. I have never dealt with an outfit so unprofessional and incompetent. After the initial inspection, they never repaired the pipe that was leaking. They placed four fans and two evaporators to dry the area. The problem is that they placed the tubing that drained the water recovered by the evaporators in the same drain that was leaking. For six long days one of their employees would come home (every time it was a different person) measure the humidity and declare that it was still wet and they could still see a puddle. Of course it would never dry since they were just recycling the water from the evaporator back into the leaking pipe. After six days of constant noise and inconvenience produced by the equipment they placed, we finally challenged the employee and his supervisor to find out why the humidity was not decreasing. The insurance adjustor sent an independent plumber to check what was going on. In two minutes he found out Blackmon Mooring’s mistake. This company’s expertise is supposed to be water restoration. The problem is that not draining the recovered water into the same place were the leak is, should be water restoration 101. Throughout the ordeal, every person that came into our house, was clueless. Each one of them would ask us were the problems was and if we knew were the leak was. Every time we had to tell them were the previous employees had measured the humidity levels. I still cannot believe that our insurance company paid them for doing nothing. After finding out how incompetent they were, we asked them to leave our house immediately. They did not want to leave until we sign a waiver for them. We refused and told them to leave.

We have been using them for over 30 years. They always do a wonderful job, are reliable and are just awesome. They always follow up to ensure to we're happy with their service.

Hot water heater broke and we had water thru out middle of the house, all carpeted areas. (Living room, hall ways & some bedrooms. Arrived about 5 hours after calling them. Vacuumed water, cut out/removed wet padding remove floor trip =, drilled holes were trim was (to allow air, etc.), brought in giant fans, pulled back rugs to allow circulation, etc. Did all very quickly & thoroughly. Were very clean & neat, picked up & quickly removed wet items, etc. Only had one problem: We had a built in cabinet in the living room and they could not dry behind the cabinet sufficiently and when supervisor came over he tried to talk us into leaving it as it was. (Potential mold problem). They agreed to try a few things to resolve but did not. Then they left. So we had to get a carpenter to drill holes inside cabinet (instead of removing the entire thing), using other fans to blow dry, and then carpenter repaired the small. area. Was inconvenient to have to do that extra work on our own.

The service was good. We are pleased with the results. We would definitely use them in the future.

For 4 hours the air duct cleaning process was performed. As the men left Alberto informed me there would be dirt blown out after they left. For many hours after they left I vacuumed, polished, dry mopped, and wet mopped especially the lower level, agitating health issues for both of us.

I was having trouble with the web site getting the special price of $99 so i called their 24 hour hotline. The lady told me she could offer me the $99 price, but could not quote for the teflon treatment. "It is up to the technicians how much they charge for the Teflon". NOT TRUE. I'm not going to let the technician come in and overcharge me for a shoddy teflon treatment job as has happened to me so many times before I started using Blackmon Mooring. I don't know what to do now, but I refuse to be treated in such a shabby way.

Will our contactor, was very thorough and beyond! During walkthrough he advised possible outside needed repairs to be considered BEFORE inside work was contracted. He priced out work very reasonably, talked where we could cut if needed, merged our list with what he saw as our "needs". Darrell our project manager was awesome, kept us informed of good and bads news at all times. We had anticipated water damage to the entire side of our home only to find old termite damage. Angel and his crew were so polite and over the top in consideration of our property and safety. Delays only on our part because of inspections for active termites before they closed up walls. Otherwise very close to original timeline. Added costs for framer was very reasonable and what could have been a nightmare was taken care of seemlessly. I have their cards and handing them out to all the neighbors this is so refreshing to know and trust a reliable company.

They called before arrival and were prompt. Cleaned all A/C vents and the Inlet cavity & Vent. Very thorough and professional 5 years ago we answered an ad to a discount outfit that we were not pleased with. It was a genuine relief to deal with a company that knows their profession. I received a lot of good advice on the maintenance of my A/C unit. Joshua did an excellent job.

I scheduled the appointment online and received a phone call to confirm the appointment. They arrived on time, were very professional and completed the work in less than 2 hours. I was surprised when they said to allow 24 hours for the carpet to dry - their website had said to allow 6 hours. Big difference! They offered additional services, but weren't pushy when I said I wanted just the carpet cleaning.

My husband worked with this company on the project, but he didn't have any complaints about them or the job that they did. I would recommend them to other members.

The guys arrived right on time and were very professional. They immediately came in and reviewed the work that I needed done wihich were a general cleaning, small carpet strip repair and then pet odor removal. They treated the room where I had pet odor in advance to allow the chemicals to start working then corrected a carpet strip problem before they started cleaning. They moved some furniture prior to cleaning, but I would have liked to see a little more moved to clean a little more room. The carpet repair was well done and appreciated since I had a tack sticking up in a high traffic area. The room with pet odor is still not what I had hoped for. They treated and cleaned and then treated and cleaned again. Still the odor is there, but it is diluted substantially. I had high hopes for the enzyme cleaner to be a bit more effective. Overall I am happy with the service performed, but had higher hopes. I would still recommend Blackmon Mooring for general carpet cleaning.

I was very happy with their work, and they did a great job explaining the process. The entire process was very easy and made a huge difference.

Showed up on time, got the job done. Very pleased with the guys. Screws in a couple of registers were stripped out, but overall a good job.
