Description of Work: Thorough cleaning of ducts and fan area of AC/Furnace. It was a difficult job but the crew of two handled it beautifully, accepted my being there to watch and help where I could. I'd recommend this company any time! They're great!

They did a very nice job.

Description of Work: We moved into an older, renovated home. Prior to moving in the first of July, Blackmon Mooring cleaned air ducts/vents, carpets and tiled floors. It was an all day project beginning with the air ducts/vents. The morning went pretty well, but fatigue set in and the service became lesser quality. By the end of the day when they steam cleaned the tile flooring they were sweating profusely and the tile floors were streaked with sweat everywhere. I would not recommend doing all three projects on one day. I am guessing doing any one service on a single day would improve the quality.

Description of Work: Blackmon-Mooring cleaned my heavily soiled carpets in several rooms. After they finished, the carpets all looked great. Unfortunately, the soiled areas were dirty again after about two weeks. Apparently their cleaning process removes the visible dirt and stains but leaves behind something that attracts or retains dirt from foot traffic. After six months, the carpets look as bad as they did before being professionally cleaned.
