Description of Work: FYI- BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE AIR DUCT CLEANING WITH ANYBODY GO TO THE U.S. EPA WEB SITE AND ENTER "AIR DUCT CLEANING" on the search bar. They have a very good straightforward info page there on air duct cleaning. After reading it I chose not to have the chemical fog. We did have the ducts and the heating unit cleaned. Our heater is gas and so they had to put out the pilot light and asked us if we could re-light when they were done. Naturally,after they left the pilot light would not re-light and we had to call an AC/Heating company to come out. It seems while our unit was being cleaned some debris fell down into it so that was another expense. Otherwise I have no complaints, I guess they did a good job,,its not like I can see into the depths of the ducts,,just have to trust the job was good. The employees were professional, in and out, neat and quick. I would probably use them again for other services.
