In a down economy, David sold our house for asking price the first weekend it hit the market. We were very impressed with David's ablility to feel the pulse of the market and price our house aggressively but also competitively. David went above and beyond what we have ever experienced with other realtors. His attention to detail and willingness to help with every aspect of getting the house ready to sell is remarkable. He helped move furniture around for staging, kept the sidewalks clean, and checked on the house regularly since we had already moved. Even after the sale, he was still there whenever we needed him. He met contractors for repairs when we couldn't be there and even sold a peice of furniture for us! David's work and business ethics are impeccable--we trust him completely. We only wish we had known him when we were buying our new house.
