AWESOME FLOORS

Ray and his wife are a complete joy. We left them with our home for a week to take up our slate floors and install new flooring. They treated our home as though it was their own, taking care with everything. They also communicated each morning they arrived and each evening they left and secured the house so we had no worries. The install job they did on the flooring is beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased. We also hired Ray to install our kitchen backsplash and tile a kitchen wall with a brick look tile. He did a great job and we're very happy with the results. I highly recommend Ray/Awesome Floors.

Not only did they start after the original start date, the two day flooring project has turned into an over 2 week house overhaul. My kitchen walls were stripped of their wallpaper, back splash hammered off with sheet rock hanging out, base boards trashed, a closet door broken and no transitions or tracks for sliding doors put back. I never received my two extra boxes of planks. There are tiny scratches all over the floor, glue all over the floor, some of the planks are loose after 2 weeks and gaps in between most. He refused to return my calls or texts and finally told my son (Monday 6-22)that he was not returning to finish. This was initially a suprise for my deployed husband returning today (6-26-15). The new contractor to repair my home (kitchen walls, baseboards and backsplash) was an additional 2500.00. This inevitably turned out to be a monetary blow and NIGHTMARE as I've been forced to scramble to gain normalcy in the house so my husband doesn't return to chaos and a destroyed home. My feelings are crushed and I've retained council. Grrrrr. Good riddance. I wish I could upload photos.

They did an excellent job when flooring. They were quick; they came out the week before to do the prep work and then came back to do the job and it took them two days.They laid them out beautifully. He was very instructive and answered all my questions.
