THEY WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DID QUALITY WORK. THEY WERE POLITE AND REASONABLY PRICED.

FOR MY BIRTHDAY MY BOYFRIEND BOUGHT ME A CAR ALARM, BUT MY CAR WENT IN THE SHOP BECAUSE SOMEONE HIT ME. I HAD TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT TWICE WITH AUTOSOUND, BECAUSE MY CAR WAS NOT READY YET. WHEN IT WAS FINALLY READY, AUTOSOUND WAS ABLE TO GET ME IN THE DAY AFTER MY CAR CAME OUT OF THE SHOP. IT TOOK THEM LESS THAN 4 HOURS TO GET THE ALARM INSTALLED AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST IS TO HAVE MORE COMPETITIVE PRICES.
Description of Work: MY BOYFRIEND BOUGHT A CAR ALARM FROM THEM AND HAD THEM INSTALL IT IN MY 1997 ACURA 2.5TL.

THE OWNER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP. AFTER GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM OTHER COMPANIES HE APOLOGIZED AND OFFERED HIS SERVICES.
Description of Work: THEY TOOK OUT THE OLD RADIO IN MY CAR AND PUT IN A NEW CD PLAYER AND A PIECE THAT THEY HAD TO ORDER SO IT WOULD FIT IN THE SPOT.
