 + -1 moreOnly the labor was listed in approximate cost of service. The two lower panels of a Clopay 16x7 insulated door was replaced. All four panels cost $1368 at Home Depot and contains 4 panels. The parts charge was about $550 and the bottom section probably costs more. So, they did not raise their profit by increasing the cost of the hardware. At least one hinge was replaced and they probably replaced other minor parts.. The door is functioning properly and the repairs look great. However, it has only been one day since the repair. Very important. They kept me informed at every step of the process. From the parts were available through they are on their way. Being kept informed effects Responsiveness, Professionalism, and the elusive "comfort factor". They will be used for any future jobs and recommended to my friends and neighbors.
