I have used Willie for all of my plumbing on my house and my rent house. His work has always been excellent and reasonable. He saved me $1600. on my slab leak on my rent house. Just a good honest man.

I tried Mr. Sides for my slab leak and that man was the biggest jerk! I texted and he said to call the next day, I called and he said he can't give any pricing on the phone, and I asked him to come out for an estimate, but he said he doesn't give estimates because it is a "waste of time and someone else will just be cheaper." Save yourself that call- apparently you have to pay him for his charming personality to even get a quote!

Willie, the owner was very responsive and quickly resolved the problems that I was having. He also provided information to help if I have a similar problem in the future. I was very impressed and would recommend them for any plumbing work that you may have.

It was great! Willie and his apprentice were able to come over the day that I called him and he was very prompt at showing up at the agreed upon time. He was very professional in his demeanor and customer service. He explained everything that he was doing and was clear about any issue that came up. I will recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing service. Use Willie! He's been at it for 34 years and has plenty of experience.

He did such a great job. We bought the garbage disposal and he charged us $150 to install it, but the thing that he did once he got under there, he realized that they had replumbed the underneath wrong so he totally replumbed it at his expense. He put in a new piping up underneath my sink which was like totally awesome. I called him the day before and the very next day, he was out. He left the area spotless when he completed the job. He even went upstairs to look at some other plumbing issues I had and he was able to fix one thing with the pressure in the shower, but the other thing, he could not fix. However, he looked at it for nothing. The owner’s name is William Sides and he is great. He told us what was going on. He talked us through the whole process so we were not caught off-guard. He showed us what the issue was and he even told us what kind of garbage disposal to buy. He is a really caring person.

Came on time service was great. Price fair.

It went well; the plumber did have to go purchase the part. The first one did not work so he had to go and exchange it for another one. Now, the faucet works perfectly.
