They came out twice and neither one of the technicians were able to work on them. They did not charge me anything. Overall the experience with them was okay. It was good that they chose not to charge me although they knew I had old locks because I had talked to the guy and told him about it when I had scheduled the appointment. He pulled up the code and he already knew that they were old locks. So they already knew what they were dealing with. The first time they sent out somebody that didn’t know that and didn’t deal with it. The other guy just couldn’t fix it. They were punctual and on time. I will probably use their services again in the future.
