Angie's Cleaning Service

This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a cleaning service. This company is a joke. They ended up canceling my service THE DAY-OF, after charging my card, for reason that they “are short contractors in my area”. I live in Fort Worth. If they didn’t have contractors In my area I sure wish I was contacted before the day-of the service date that I needed! I booked it a week in advance. There was plenty of time to contact me. The contractor that I was originally booked with has said that Angi company was paying her less than half of what her base pay was supposed to be. This service is utter chaos, wasted my time and money. I now have to try to find another cleaning service with less than 2 days notice !!! Angi service really Put me in a bind & I called customer service 3 times. Once was hung up on, the other two times treated as if my business was not important to them. I did notify them that I was going to be submitting a review.
