Contacted Angela about a listing. She was rude in her tone and hurried me off the phone with info to come back to property later in day for viewing. Went there per her instructions and no one was there. Called her- no answer. She responded via text 1 hr later with the same info she provided that morning. When I probed for further details and time for me to view property she ignored my question and told me contractor could show me property now but would leave in 30 minutes. I advised her I had just left the property and no one was there. I asked her if there was a way to verify someone would be there before I headed back there. She did not respond. I called her, she did not answer. I went back to the property with 10 minutes to spare. Again, no one was at the property. I let her know I was there and no one was answering. She did not respond. I called her again, she did not answer. I waited 15 minutes, she ignored all my attempts to make contact. Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend to worst enemy! Very poor customer service. She needs to get out of industry or get retrained. Angela, is unprofessional and has no soft skills.
