+ -1 moreIt started off on the wrong foot with a show time of about 6:30 for a 4-6 appointment window, but I understand it is summer time and its busy. The service was nothing but outstanding after that. He brought the necessary parts and tools to the job and was in and out in less than 2 hours. He diagnosed the problems and repaired as necessary without offering up unnecessary services. When I asked questions, I was given candid answers and I felt that there was a genuine pride of service being given. I would thoroughly recommend Ally to anyone who asked me for a recommendation.
Description of Work: I needed a float condensation overflow switch replaced and a general HVAC inspection.

Description of Work: Our AC was not cooling. We previously had to call another company out they told us we would have to replace are outside unit. We then called our home warranty and they sent Ally Air Conditioning out. Fred was the gentleman that was sent out he assessed the problem and found that the problem was not the outside unit we actually had a leak on the inside. He fixed the leak and the air conditioning is running wonderfully. I would definitely use Ally Air Conditioning again! Very honest and showed up in the time frame given.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the service I received form Ally Air Conditioning. My serviceman was attentive, professional, polite, personable and efficient. He appeared to be knowledgeable. He could have finished the job 5 - 10 minutes quicker had we not visited while he was doing his work. He quickly identified the problem, replaced the item and left. I will definite use him again and recommend him.
Description of Work: The outside air conditioner unit fan would not work. I called American Home Shield because of the Home Owner's Policy I received when I purchased the house. They sent their service man from Ally Air Conditioning. The technician quickly identified the busted capacitor and replaced it.
