Recommended All Masters to a friend and they did not disappoint. Great job!

Be very careful with this company. Joshua will start the $89 published drain cleaning and will convince you to do $2100 worth of useless unnecessary work . After my issue was fixed he used scare tactics to get the additional money. GET a second opinion before being scared into letting them take you to the cleaners!

This happened almost a year ago. I waited until my emotions had calmed down before I wrote this review. I paid over $50,000 after I had a problem with the water backing up in one restroom. The original plumber out said he gave 2nd opinions all the time and nobody would be cheaper. I just believed him. They kept adding on problem after problem until my entire drainage system has been replaced….. altogether over $50,000. I have a tiny 1,400 square foot home. They were late or didn’t show up almost every appointment. They told me it had to be done now or else it would cost more for them to fill in the holes and then dig again. They couldn’t leave the holes open because it was a liability for them and could cause foundation problems. Once I agreed to the work (and paid in full) that was supposed to take one week, they didn’t complete the work and fill in the holes for 2 months. I have pictures and proof of how bad the service was.

I contacted All Masters Plumbing to fix my upstair bathroom sink drain problem. Upon arrival, the technician gave me the quote for the repair for $465. I felt that it was overpriced for just running a snake through the drain pipe. Anyway, I agreed to let him do the job. There were few pipes running up to the attic, and without throughly checking which one is for which, he ran the snake on the wrong pipe. After about 5-10 minutes, he informed me it did not fix the drain problem and he claimed that the pipe was badly clogged, and he would need to use hydro jet which would cost me another $950 (on top of $465 that already charged) if should I decided to do. I told him NO. I then told him that I wanted him to try another pipe, and sure enough the drain was fixed in 2 minutes !! All in all, my impression is that this company tried to trick the customer to pay more. I will never use them again. Be carefull everyone !!!!!

Do not use this company. All Masters Plumbing takes advantage of the customer. They over charge and require payment BEFORE completing the work. Sewer back up in Arlington Jan 2024 the estimate to repair included un-needed work and after completed require extensive additional repairs. It was over the weekend I didn't get a second opinion and PAID for that mistake after. Get a second opinion and price compare cost of repair. All Masters scares the customer into replacing rather than repairing. Blamed a less than 10 year old water heater on Arlington "bad" water. Different plumber repaired the problem $200 compared to their quote to replace $4999!

I had a similar experience as some of the other reviewers. I had a clog between my master bathroom and the guest bathroom, both about 15 ft away from each other. The first guy that was dispatched was quick to get to work, the pipe clearing service was $550 but I was able to talk the guy into a discount that took me down to $450ish range. After about half an hour he came back to me saying he couldn’t get the clog and recommended a pipe jetting for $1200. Of course we wanted a second opinion but the guy got very defensive and rude. He did get what he called his manager out who was only equipped with a camera. We found the clog but he didn’t have anything on him to remove it. This second guy was much more professional but there was no offer to refund the money. I paid almost $500 for a pipe clearing for nothing. I was able to get the clog myself but had to find the time to do it. Very disappointed that they didn’t offer a refund or at least a partial refund.

I had very bad experience: They came to fix kitchen sink clogged issue on Jan 4th, 2023 , paid 249$ for running snake ( they need you pay first, instead of pay after work done) - did not work, then they say can definitely open the drain with hydro jet which we need pay 1050$, we paid that however we feel this seem a lot but we have to solve the problem. Also paid first then they did run the hydro jet from the outside. After than they said it fixed and they suggest that we pay another 2494$ for camera for warranty, we did not accept since at that point we paid 1299$ just for fix the drain and it fixed according to them. On the evening of Jan 6, tenant called said the kitchen sink still clogged when she check it and she said she did not use it since they plumbing fix. We contact All master plumbing right away, then we got to talk to them on Jan 7th, they refuse to fix without more payment, which is camera and hydro jet again, the hydro jet cost can be applied to further work. They denied that they did not fix the issue and said that we could dump a gallon of grease into the sink ourrself ....I requested some refund of the hydro jet charge but they refused. We had terrible experience and stepped away from them because this is like a trap ....

All Masters Plumbing should never be used by anyone in my opinion! I called with an emergency water leak spraying water everywhere, straight up to the ceiling from the bathroom faucets. The unit was flooded and the whole area outside was flooded. The man who answered the phone said he would rush out to me and he just had to collect his tools and finish the job he was currently at. He said he would be to me in 45 minutes. The next thing I know a slight woman shows up at my door (I thought she was a neighbor) and says she was sent by All Masters instead with no notice to me. I said I wanted the man I had talked to to come as promised. When I showed her the flooding, she did not say anything, did nothing to fix anything, and called her manager to let him know she did not know how to do the work. While she was talking to him, I asked if I could speak with him and she said no. She told me to call the office and would not give me the office phone number. I called the number I had and asked to speak with him. When he came on the phone, he wanted to let me know that I was somehow the problem! He committed fraud by leading me to believe he was coming and then sending someone less qualified, all during a major emergency. Then he had the gall to keep saying to me “be safe”, as if he cared about my safety. Now he has hung up and I still have a major flood! I went under the sink and turned off the shutoff valves and the water has stopped temporarily. Now I have an appointment with Berkeys tomorrow morning. He also would not give his name when asked. When I asked his name, he said “what’s your name” and I gave it to him. He still would not give me his name. Both this man who is supposed to be the owner and the inexperienced technician he sent had a terrible attitude as they wasted a lot of time without trying to turn off the gushing water! Please do not ever use All Masters Plumbing! I know he will write an innocuous response to this review somehow making it my fault, but the bottom line is they did a bait and switch by leading me to believe he was coming and then sending someone who did no even know how to look under the sink and turn off water valves! Fraudulent misrepresentation and an incompetent tech with an attitude that only she can talk to the manager, not you, with total disregard for urgency seeing the extent of your property damage.

Plumber repaired the leaks. Answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Very professional and efficient. We had leak and Roy arranged to have it detected and then was very prompt returning to redirect the hot water pipe. Great job!

I would highly recommend using this company for your plumbing needs. I had an exterior pipe burst, that needed repairs through the foundation. Austin very quickly diagnosed the problem and made suggested remedies. I was scheduled to go on vacation when this problem occurred. Austin took care of the repairs while I was gone. And, the office staff was very helpful throughout the process.

For once, a plumber quoted me a reasonable price. Best price I've received from all the companies here on Angie's List. I'm thinking about having the Company do another plumbing job in the near future. Check these guys out!

It went great! Roy was great to work with. Gave us options to fix the leak. Also they were great will our curious animals!

They did a wonderful job and I was very satisfied with how knowledgeable they were. They showed up on time and were very professional. I would definitely hire them again. I would recommend them as well.

Number one they said that they would call me within one - two hours and they didn't. I had to call back three separate times before actually getting to someone. They got a few guys to come out, but it was at 9:00 PM. I don't like being lied to, and i sat all day waiting for someone to come to do the work. The guys who came out were super nice, but the owner lied to me, which I didn't appreciate. The problem still isn't fixed. There's still something going on.

Everything went well. I would recommend them.

They did a good job because they didn't lie to me. They also got here sooner than I expected which worked out for me. No complaints. I also didn't have to be home since all of the work was done outside.
