I called All Dry Services of Arlington on December 24, 2022, Christmas Eve. My Father's Pipes had burst due to the below freezing temps. Downstairs was flooded. I live out of state, my dad is elderly. I was tasked to try and find someone who could respond that day and get over there to help with the situation. All Dry went ABOVE AND BEYOND throughout the entire job! They took extra time, attention and showed my parents that they actually cared. They even helped me locate someone to do the remodeling once all remediation was complete. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They show up, they did what they said they were going to do, they were honest. We were overall very happy with them.
Description of Work: water damage due to burst plumbing pipe. Had to dry space, tear out wet/damaged walls and floor. Dry everything up.

They came out to my house and did the free inspection and I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. I will be contacting them and do business with them in the future. I like their honesty the most.
Description of Work: Patch up the leakage in ceiling. Find the root cause of the water dripping down from the ceiling during heavy downpour. Fix the root cause.

All Dry did a fantastic job on fixing a major sewage problem under our house. They came out to fix what we thought was only a mildew problem behind a wall from a previous water leak. They were prompt to arrive, and they pulled off the wall from the shiplap. They put dryers on the wall, and then came back the next day to check if the wall was dry. When it still showed moisture, they pulled out the bottom shiplap, and found a huge problem. Our sewer had backed up, and the cap was not on, so there was sewage all under the house. They took time to clean out the sewer block, then got underneath the house and pumped out all the sewage, and then disinfected the area. They spent the entire day getting us back in shape. This company met my expectations and more! Robert and crew were amazing and came within an hour of me contacting them. They explained everything step by step and got rid of all mold the same day and very reasonably priced! I will DEFINITELY be using them again
