Unfortunately, I found that he does more inspections on new housing than older homes, so I think he was stressing some of the aspects that I expected in an older home and making more of an issue of them than I thought necessary. However, that said, having come from buying a new house, I wish I'd had Jerry to inspect my new home before I'd bought it. I will never buy a new home again. But he does have the thermal imaging camera and the experience to have caught all the problems I found after I had moved in and lived in the house long enough for the warranty to end. So if you are buying a new house, Jerry is the man for you.
