Alamo ordered survey saying agent ordered. Agent only said that we would be ordering but never said to order per email. Shelia ordered survey without calling me or sending email. Agent said it would only take 2 days for survey so I was waiting for the inspection to be completed. House failed inspection and bank said as-is only. This is very common but Alamo needed to make some money for cookies and pens for agents! When I called to cancel and get earnest money I was told survey was ordered. It was deducted from earnest money? Call many times and got the run around until I got Amy head VP who thought stealing my money was easier than admitting to their mistake. Also said I did not deserve a call since my agent requested? Come on Alamo! Company is great with run around. Amy very poor and Shelia dropped out on the picture and never did speak to me! Now I need to file with BBB and Small Claims Court to get my money back. If your agent want's to use Alamo hold on to your wallet....... buy them cookies and pens and go to another Title Company!
Description of Work: Bought home and agent selected Alamo for closing. The home was bank owned. The bank did not care and agent had relation with Shelia at Alamo Title.
