Service tech arrived within the two hour window given. It took about 30 min to do the work. Service tech seemed professional, knowledgeable, and polite. No complaints; they did a good job.

This was a Big Deal offer on Angie's list. The price was very attractive. I was so impressed with the results I had the second garage door done and the service technician offered this at the same low price of $99. The doors are very quite and I'm sure the door opener will last much longer as a result.

I was very pleased w/the quality of work. The technician was punctual & efficient. He arrived on time & finished the work w/in 30 minutes, then answered several questions I had. I will definitely use them again.

Scheduling easy, good job, professional and on time. Technician was knowledgeable, not a kid. Replaced all rollers and lubricated the door mechanism. Garage door much better and less noisy now. Even provided a door lubrication kit with instructions for self-maintenance.

The repairman showed up on time, was very courteous and fixed my door within 30 minutes. My door had been sticking, and he even adjusted that for no extra charge! My door has never worked smoother or been quieter! I will be calling them annually to get my door winterized!

I misunderstood the deal and thought the $99 covered both garage doors when it only covered one. So they did one complete job on one door and lubed the rollers on the other door. Then they explained how to properly maintain the doors in the future.

He showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He was done in just minutes.

Customer service staff was very good but I don't believe the initial work was properly done. After completing the work, the garage door opener was straining to lift the door and you could hear the door make a pop. Within a week the spring broke and we had the company come back out to replace the spring. Maybe the spring was weak and contributed but it was odd the door tension was worse after the 1st service work. The company did give us an Angie Discount on the service call to replace the spring. Overall, I believe the company is a good company but the work done was average, nothing special.

I was not pleased. The Angie's deal indicated the replacement rollers would be nylon which also make the door operations less noisy. The technician told me I would be getting the newest updated rollers and then installed metal rollers. Afterwards, when I talked with two other companies, I was told I did NOT get "new upgraded rollers". .

I bought the garage door reconditioning and roller replacement in an Angie's Big Deal with Alamo Garage Door. From the email correspondence with Taniss to the representative who came out to perform the service, they were professional and great communicators. I would definitely work with them again.

They did a great job. The garage door is so much quieter now and opens and shuts well due to realigning laser beam. I would definitely use this company again.

There was a very slight glitch on scheduling which really didn't create any issues, but the company was so concerned that they threw in an extra service and a kit to keep the door operating smoothly. I never expected the extras nor was it necessary to provide them. Excellent service!

We purchased a deal on Angie's List to have two garage doors "winterized". I was prompted to do this service because one of our garage doors was getting stuck as it was raising and both of them sounded as though they were going to come off their hinges. When the service was done, all of these issues were gone and the result exceeded my expectations. The service man (heartbroken I cannot remember his name) was fabulous; he took the time to talk to me about how to maintain the garage doors, what the best products were to buy, etc. Often times, "maintenance" people seem to try to sell you things that you do not need, but this individual did quite the opposite. In addition, he was punctual, professional and speedy. I would recommend this company and especially our service man (Keith, I think).

The technician was on time and he went to the garage and started his examination of the garage door. He tested the springs and made sure the tracks were not warped. Lubricated the tracks and replaced the rollers which really quieted the door quite a bit. then he checked everything before he packed up and left.

The garage door has worked great ever since.

It appeared one of the two guys was in training which was fine as the more experienced guy kept close eye on the trainee. They were quick and professional.

The person that answers the phone for the company was very good at scheduling and negotiating the price for the job. It was a pleasure to work with someone that knew what she was doing.

After initially signing up for the "winterizing special" through Angie's List, we were told by Alamo our double garage door was so far gone it wasn't worth the cost of the special. We had our local handyman come out to patch it up, and he did but told us the door was so fragile we shouldn't actually raise and lower it. We called Alamo for an estimate and they did replace our doors the Friday after Thanksgiving. They showed up on time, got right to work and did a great job installing the double and single garage doors. They cleaned up when they were done and hauled off the old doors. Would highly recommend and would use again. Very nice folks and professional and competent.

The garage door had gotten loud and rusty and did not roll smoothly on the tracks. After the service the sound was significantly reduced, however the garage door still has issues staying closed at times even though the sensors were readjusted.

My garage doors have new rollers and are lubricated they are still noisy which was the reason why I made the call in the first place.

He came out and did the tune up. On time and professional.

The Alamo rep showed up on time and quietly did his business. The entire job did not take more than an hour. He explained to my wife what he did and made several misc adjustment to the door to get all the squeaks out. Great job!

The work was proficient. The technician was professional and prompt. He did a good job! We did think the springs had rusting issues. The technician returned our call and explained to us what we were actually seeing. We thought it was a defective spring but it was not. The issue was resolved. The price of the service was also fair.
