I called to set an appointment for an A/C service a week ahead of time. I spoke to Terry, and we agreed on a Wednesday between 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. At 4:15 p.m. on the scheduled day, I called Terry to see if they were going to come. Terry stated that the technician should have been there, and he would find out what was happening and call me back. At 4:50 p.m. I still had not heard from Terry, so I called again. This time, I got his voice mail, and I left a brief message for him to please call me. At 5:00 p.m. with still no word from Terry, I called him back again, and got his voice mail again. I informed Terry that I had been waiting over an hour and a half with no technician or word from him, and that he had just lost a customer.
Description of Work: This was intended to be a routine service of an air conditioning unit.
