Description of Work: We have bars in the bathroom to help us. They had to repair the bar and put it back in the wall. They have also repaired our garbage disposal.

Description of Work: I made contact with Arthur and he told me he did about 20 estimates a week and would work me in. I never heard from him again. I called twice more. The second time, I asked that if he didn't want the job or was too busy, to please let me know. He never did. I'm so disappointed because my local hardware store highly recommended him.

Description of Work: I called Arthur on his emergency cell #, and he sent Timto fix my washer that did not drain anymore during the spin cycle. Tim came within 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem to be a faulty lid switch. He was able to provide a temporary fix until he could procure the correct part from the dealer. We were able to continue to wash our laundry without any setbacks, and Tim returned later with the part and installed it. Excellent work by an exemplary company that has the customer's satisfaction as the most important goal

Description of Work: We had a leaky hot water tank. The owner, Arthur, got a discount on a new one which he passed on to us. It was installed by Tim within 6 hours of my phone call. Excellent! No problems have occurred, and Tim adjusted the temperature on a later visit. |

Description of Work: Had two leaky faucets in which my water had to shut off because water was pouring out of one.

Description of Work: We used Arthur Butaud and Affordable Maintenance 3-4 times in the last year and a half. He has done the following work and we have spent about 6000 total in two years for multiple projects in two houses. - painted two houses - installed tille - plumbing - installed new electrical outlets - installed tv above fireplace - did maintenance to prepare house for sale We currently have him scheduled this week to install new kitchen cabinets, granite counter, and appliances. We are very impressed with the professionalism of each of his employees as well as the quality of their work. He's honest, fair, affordable, and we highly recommend him. He will also let you know if you have a job that isn't right for him or where you might be able to get a better deal someplace else. Arthur and his team are very customer oriented and make sure you are happy with their services.

Description of Work: Has performed several "updating" projects within my home, plumbing, electrical, drywall repair and painting, install hardwood flooring. Did pull appropriate permits when needed. Updated outlets and electrical to current codes. Will use him on future projects.

Description of Work: I have used Affordable Maintenance numerous times over the last 5+ years. I have a condo at the 'Cloisters' in Arlington, TX and I would trust Arthur and his crew to any task. They have corrected plumbing issues that have come from the apartment above, they have installed flooring (tile and laminate flooring), done painting, installed overhead fans, installed security doors, repaired problems in the bathroom and yes even installed the kitchen sink. Arthur and his crew receive my highest rating and recommendations.

Description of Work: They Handyman painted the inside and outside of our 2000 square foot house. He completely tiled a bathroom floor after pulling up existing carpet. He touched up my kitchen cabinets. He put new vent pipes in my attic. Due to a leak under my kitchen sink, he pulled up and replaced the wood under the kitchen sink.
