Advantage Express Movers

This is a scam company. Scammed me out of $1800

I set my movers up almost 2 months ahead of time before my move, time that was given was between 9am-10am. As the day got closer we both realized it was a holiday and they called and wanted to change my day, but things were and have been set in stone for 2 months. On moving day movers did not arrive until 12:30pm way past the time I was given and no phone call. After moving lots of loads alone, they arrived to finish which I was only in a 1 bedroom apartment and 4th floor with a elavater it took them 5 hours to finish when everything was boxed ready to go. Mind you they took several smoke breaks and chatted along the way. After everything was moved and I looked around found that my washer and dryer was beat to ****. scratched all up. this is a $1600 set and I had only had it a few months pryer to the move. So extreamly upset. In the mean time I called in and reported all of this and the guy said he will look into it and get back to me several days go by, he calls and says sorry been real busy, them I never heard from him again I even called send text messages and no more communication and 2 months later and no one has reached out to correct this issue. I will be looking into more options. I would understand if was something minor that I could correct easy or fix, but this is a new washer and dryer set and not cheap. The communication, the quality, the Professionalism was Absolutely terrible, the responsiveness, the on time was terrible, how do you show up several hours late and no one calls, I set it up early morning cause I had to be out that day and had a graduation party that afternoon for my nephew, which I couldn't make so my daughter went for both of us. Will not ever recommend anyone to you.

I called Advantage Express Moving and Nathan who answered my call was super courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. I now have a moving company I can call and trust and fell stress free! Thank you Nathan and Advantage Express Movers!
