Description of Work: My Daughter's car was making a knocking sound. She drives a 2005 Toyota Carolla. I had several mechanics look at it and they could not fix it. I took it to Accurate Car Care and James was very personable and professional. He fixed it and it runs great. Great Job!!

 + -1 moreIt went well. He actualy sent me somewhere else for a back allignment stating that he could not do it there. We have gone to him for years and he has always been great. He is honest and always fixes what the issue is and does not try to take advantage of us.

 + -1 moreI was having some serious issues with my Toyota Corolla and I took it to Accurate Car Care. The code for the problem was indicating a coil needed replaced. Rather than just telling me to replace the parts, James took the extra effort to make sure that this was indeed the problem. It turned out that it was a computer problem. He notified me that he suspected a computer problem and that it may be covered by a warranty or recall. It turns out that the computer issue was under recall and I had the problem fixed. During this process James communicated everything he was going to do, how much it was going to cost and the amount of time it was going to take. I could not have asked for a better experience.
Description of Work: I have had everything from my oil changed to coils replaced in my cars by James at Accurate Car Care. I cannot recommend this company enough. James is a Honda and Acura expert but he has done excellent work on my Toyota Corolla and my two Hyundai's. Honesty and a fair price is what I get every time I do business with Accurate Car Care and it is a business which deserves patronage.
