I called them Monday morning for termites and they were already in my area so they were able to come out the same day. David was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Will definitely be using them again.

I have been using them for about 20 years. I really notice a difference if I wait an extra month for their service. They come this time of year and make sure I don't get roaches or ants. I never get termites. There is not one single thing I would change about them.

They are awesome. I have used them for probably 20 some years. His dad used to come and David has been coming for 15 years. He is very funny and we have to be prepared to listen to his stories. There isn't anything that he can't handle. One of his stories is about a lady who died in a house. The city paid him to go in and he found the house full of rats. They were in the refrigerator and in all the furniture. He also tells the stories from riding with his dad when he was kid when they used all the horrible chemicals. He wasn't allowed out of the truck when his dad was spraying. He has seen and done everything. He is very personable. I called in a request for a general treatment before moving in and he came to this house. I had little clusters of wasps on the ceiling in the living room. It's a high angled ceiling without an attic above it. He gave some good advice. He went through what we could do and decided to leave them alone because they were hibernating. They were not moving very much and one by one they died and fell off and I stepped on them. He could have bombed, but we would have had to leave the house for 4 hours and take the pets out. In the house I sold, the inspector that came out was concerned about possible termite infestation and brown recluse spiders and black widow spiders. David came over and got under the house to check. He told me there wasn't a house in the neighborhood that didn't have termite damage. He told me that I didn't have any active termites and what was there was prehistoric and petrified. I also didn't have brown recluse spiders and black widow spiders but had a hundred million spiders underneath the house. He left me with a couple of bombs and told me to bomb it after I move out, so that the house is empty and that is what we did. People shouldn't be around when the house is bombed and we can't spray because if anyone went under the house, it would get into their clothing. We do get scorpions, but I haven't seen any and we get big water bugs that look like roaches.
