A Better Insulation

Great work and will recommend

It went great! were on-time finished on scheduled very polite very professional Although the weatherization didn't get done (I forgot about it), when I called this week and let them know it still needing being done, we scheduled the time and Justin even came and inspected all of the work to ensure I was happy with their work.

They did a good job. They responded quickly. I was happy with them.

I called them twice, they came out on time, measured space for insulation, and he called in and they said they would call out and set up a time to come in a install it, and they said they were going to be late but it didn't matter because they notified me before. I later found out form the heating and ac I hired that they didn't spray insulation around wher they said they did.

A very poor experience with this company. They did not show up the first time scheduled to do the work due to an error putting my appointment in their computer. They offered me another appointment and I only agreed to give them another chance because I demanded that they do the weatherization on the house for free (a $75.00 value). They called and came early for the second appointment - one crew to do the insulation and another for the weatherization. The insulation was blown in about an hour - they did the job that they said they would do. However, they did leave a mess in my hallway and left my furniture where they had moved it. The weatherization crew worked for about 20 minutes putting weather strips on my front door and caulking 5 windows - then they left. After the insulation guys finished, I asked where the other crew went - they didn't know. I called the company and they said my other windows didn't need caulking. I did not pay until they sent a guy out to finish the work.

I found this company through Angie's List and I am really glad to tell others they are as great as they sound. They are reliable and dependable and their prices are fair. I did compare then to other places and I hired this place because the guy was so experienced, he knew what he was doing, and while the price was not inexpensive, they were in line with what other companies were asking for the same job.

All I really have to say is Bravo! They did a great job. I really notice the difference in my home. Their price was also very competitive. I love that Angie's is looking out for us seniors with providing us coupons.

Great experience. The sales person was knowledgeable. He clued me in to certain energy incentives from TXU that saved me LOTS of cash. The service men showed up on time and the entire job took less than 1 hour. They were very professional and did a great job.

Reasonable price. Follow-up could be better. Polite workmen.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, SET UP AND ADDED 8 INCHES OF ADDITIONAL INSULATION TO OUR ATTIC. THIS WAS A 2 MAN TEAM AND ONLY TOOK 2 HOURS FROM START TO FINISH. VERY POLITE AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND OF WHICH WE DID TO SOME OF OUR NEIGHBORS WHO HAD THE SAME JOB DONE THE FOLLOWING WEEK. THANK YOU, ANGIE.

THE COMPANY CALLED BACK REGULARLY AND ARRANGED AND REARRANGED THE SCHEDULE (THAT WAS JUST FINE). THEY EVEN GAVE ME THE CELL PHONE NUMBER TO CONFIRM TIME/PLACE, ETC. SO, I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

GREAT. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. GAVE US SOLID ADVICE AND USED THE TXU ELECTRIC DELIVERY INCENTIVE TO GIVE US A GREAT PRICE; WHICH WAS MUCH BETTER THEN WHAT WE THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE.

THEY ARE VERY QUICK AND THOROUGH. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

A-BETTER INSULATION WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND DELIVERED THE INSULATION INSTALLATION AS ADVERTISED. THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT CLEANING UP AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED. THE INSULATION UPGRADE WAS PARTIALLY PAID FOR BY AN ENERGY CONSERVATION PROGRAM SPONSORED BY TXU ENERGY.
