Description of Work: I had wall repair done. Mr. Reyes was very fair in price and only did work that was necessary

Description of Work: Did repair of cracks in ceilings which opened back up. Stated he would repair and make right with no additional fees. Came to house today and refused to do repairs that he previously told us he would remedy. Stated we could go to court, dismissed him from our house.

Description of Work: My dry wall was damaged due to water leakage and had to be broken from several places. to make is similar large area had to be redone.

Description of Work: Repair settling cracks on ceilings

Description of Work: Great job on my long honey-do list. Hung ceiling fans, fixed ceiling fixtures that weren't working, hung blinds, replaced rothen exterior trim, replaced threshold seal on door, adjusted striker plates on doors, some minor caulking and painting. All the stuff I could do if I wanted to, but the time is too valuable. Great job, Cesar.

Description of Work: We were fortunate enough to find Cesar through an insurance claim, for to extensive water damage that required ripping ceilings, walls & floors down to the studs & sub-floor. Cesar was very active in overseeing the tear out, drywall, tape & bed and eventual painting to get us looking back to new! He brought color selections to us, provided multiple options & painted sample/tests on several walls to ease our decision. He was extremely professional, honest, detailed and great quality. When Cesar told his he would do something, he not only showed up on time, but then exceeded our expectations at every turn. Highly recommend Cesar for complex projects and/or small jobs!

Description of Work: Cesar helped us out during a crazy period when we ended having to do 2 major repairs within a 2 month span. He did everything from putting up dry wall to painting the final product. He's very meticulous and even impressed my wife who can be OCD about these kinds of things. Not only this, but he was able to help us out with our water heater and repair the water lines, which he was under no obligation to do. We usually like to be present when strangers are in our house but with Cesar we felt completely comfortable letting him work alone with our dogs in the house. If you go with Cesar, I have no doubt you will be satisfied.
