Description of Work: I can't tell you how happy I am to have found Kraig. As a first-time pool owner, we had a ton of very basic questions. When I called Kraig, he gave me the basics over the phone, and he said he was more than willing to take our calls and walk us through anything we needed. I have called on him several times, and he is always responsive and extremely helpful. Our pool is happy, and we now feel much more confident about being pool-owners. We have another company provide chemicals to us on a weekly basis, but Kraig is the person we turn to for any thing else. He's patient and honest, and he has won our business for the future.

+ -1 morekraig is definitely the best pool guy in the dfw area. he's not the cheapest, but he's the best. you'll save yourself money in the long run if your pool is maintained properly, so it's worth it. having kraig maintain your pool is like having a personal pool butler. he doesn't just "service" your pool once a week and that's it. it's more like he is 100% responsible for the pool being awesome at all times. you won't find service like that anywhere else unless you live in beverly hills and your last name is pitt-jolie.

+ -1 moreThe price they quoted me was a couple of hundred dollars a month. I liked that they were responsive. I did not go with them in the end, but they responded to my call and they were fine.
Description of Work: Perfect Pool Service came out within the last 10 months and gave me an estimate for pool maintenance, which included chemicals, cleaning and just the regular.
