 + 3 moreHad CDP come out to quote us for a complete patio remodel. The contractor was punctual and professional. After going over with him what we wanted to do, he said he would get back with me in 1.5 weeks with the quote. After 2.5 weeks, I called CDP and left a message inquiring as to why we had not heard from them. Still have not heard from them....

 + 1 moreWhen contract sent - little specs sent, including height of fireplace and width quoted larger than space b/c outdoor expert never came to review. Owner (oh, owner's fiancé) said we then rushed them - after 5 weeks. We decided not to move forward and were told we didn't communicate well. Tons of texts, emails etc. No renderings! Will our 55" tv even fit on mantel? We don't know b/c we have no specs. Anyway, no remodel for wedding because we wasted our time believing in reputable GC. NOT...
Description of Work: We requested a quote for a remodel and an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Also needed a fence and other work. Project value was nearly $80k. The quote process took more than 5 weeks knowing we have an in-home wedding we are planning for. Proper expectations never set. Continual follow up and promises made. Hard to find GC to do in and outside.
