Description of Work: The grade is enough explanation. I trusted John who at one time was a friend of mine. Crappy workers unmanaged job site crappy workmanship unfinished job had to contract with someone else to finish. Paid upfront and paid for his truck repairs and left not completing the job took the money and ran. They did unauthorized work because he left the job and no one knew what |to or not to do I.e., weren't suppose to texture and paint wall unless tore out... It was not torn out yet did texture and paint . Craftsmanship and design of cabinetry were awful. Over purchases were made workers came to us for money because he was not paying them. Workers showed up late on weekends or not at all. Broke water line in house flooded floor carpet furniture legs and did not repair or replace flooring. This goes on and on. He was remodeling a bathroom 6x6 and one 8x6. He is a preacher. One would have thought he could be trusted plus I had known him for years and considered him a friend. He did not manage his people or the job and it was a free for all and this went on way too long for two tiny baths.

+ 0 moreThe job was over $10,000. He did a great job. He came in under contract. He planned for a 4 week job & got it done in 3 weeks. He accommodated us & always cleaned up after the days work. He had remarkable service and I would recommend him to anyone.

+ -1 moreHis integrity was just amazing. He took care of paying all the bills. He did an excellent job in understanding the things that we wanted. He would usually give us two to three options for everything and we really appreciated that. He was very communicative with us which was great because we were handling this project from a different state. We completely trusted his judgement and he never let us down.
