Description of Work: I called and asked to have them help me with a rather major project,up on Crazy Cat mountain. The women that answered the phone, was very polite and took my name and number and assured me (twice) that someone would contact me the following day and make an appointment to see my project. I called after I didn't hear back; there was no answer. They never contacted me so I called another company who is handling this $8,000 project.

 + 0 moreVanessa, the office manager was excellent. She was prompt in resonding and helpful when there was an error on the invoice for the work. The install was effortless. The work was good and the only negative was that the room smelled from the sealant they had put on the glass. That lasted about a day. They will be my first call if I need more windows replaced. It was a good experience.

 + -1 moreThey came out the same day I called to give me an estimate for replacing the tempered glass on my patio door. Ernest was very professional. Debra at their office was great about letting me know how long it was going to take to get the replacement glass. When it came in they were able to come earlier in the day which was nice and Ernest replaced the glass very quickly. The only problem I have is that it looks much better than my old glass. Very professional! Very friendly and helpful! I will use them again!

 + -1 moreI called for an estimate and with 1 day, they came out and give me the estimate. He asked if could replace window the follow week due to the following day was the day we got hit with snow. Great heads up on there part plus he need to order some parts and it would take a day to get. Appointment set up for 9:30 the following Wednesday, the got here early, 30-45 minutes later they were done. Everything look good and clean, Thank you. Will call again.

 + 0 moreArrangements were made for installation on Saturday. However, we received a call on Saturday stating that the window would not be ready until Monday. We agreed to 9am on Monday. The installer showed up on time and within 20 minutes the window was installed and he even put the screen back. All American was very professional, responsive and provided excellent service. It was a good experience and should we need to have glass replaced again, we know who to call.
Description of Work: My husband had inadvertently locked himself out of our home after enjoying the jacuzzi on a Thursday evening. He was able to get inside the house by breaking a window. On Friday, he made a call to All American Glass & Mirror to have the window replaced. Within an hour someone was at our door to look at the window and take measurements to replace the double pane glass window.

Description of Work: The glass on the south side of our house was cloudy from 28 years of sun. we had All American Glass & Mirror give us an estimate and their recommendation to fix the problem. they recommended energy efficient slightly tinted glass and new insulation around the glass using the existing frames.everything was done on time ,in budget, and price.very professional company and workers.
