+ -1 moreI was extremely impressed with how throrough the inspection report was. It was far more comprehensive than the standard "check the box form" used by other inspectors that I was warned about. Bill's attention to detail was impressive and he was not at all rushed ... he entertained questions I had throughout the inspection and was very patient with me. His inspection report is so useful for me that I have used it to show pictures to other maintenance people for things in the crawl space I need help with. That has saved me money in that a plumber didn't have to go into the crawl space to quote me a price. I have nothing but praise for Bill Olsen and will consider him for periodic inspections as the home ages.
Description of Work: Bill Olsen performed a home inspection on a property that I was purchasing. He spent 4 hours inspecting the property and briefing me on the issues he found. His inspection included a thorough review from property lines to the attic, crawl space, garage, and home. He coordinated a separate termite inspection making this a turn-key inspection. Bill takes digital photos of everything he inspects and incorporates them into the inspection report. He provides commentary in his report about the condition of things he inspects as well as the type of professional to hire for specialized expertise.
