+ -1 moreVery hard to get hold of. Always had an excuse as to why he could not work. Insisted on more money than quoted.

Description of Work: Called for an appointment three days in advance. Gave description of the problems. Set up an earliest time for plumber to come out in the afternoon as I was working in the morning. They never showed up, never called. I called after 5PM and asked them to called me back to tell me if they were coming out or not. No one ever called back, and this is a cell phone that the owner has on him at all times. Unprofessional- my husband called and left a message at 10 PM saying we would find someone else.
