OVATION BUILDERS BY RED SHEAD

Our house leaks. Very poor follow-up. We were expected to put up more money to repair the leaks. Unacceptable. I"ll have to get someone else to repair the damage. Typical builder blames the materials. materials supplier blamed the builder. Ended up on me. The tile installation is very poor and uneven. Garage rollup door is crooked, but he did send someone out to adjust it. Still doesn't work great but we can live with it. The cabinets were painted white but didn't seem to get a primer, If it gets wet it peals up.

Terrible. Many short cuts and poor workmanship. Cabinets built with no backs. Doors out of square, plumb and racked. Constant roof leaks on the expensive standing seam metal roof. Improper roof jacks and flashing. We have a bid from Schulte Roofing for 1100. just to correct the flashings and jacks. New sheeting will be many thousands $$ more. Damaged and discolored roof metal. Ruined a $9000. mahogany entrance door by incompetent worker trying to install door handle. Damaged other 8' mahogany doors the same way. Vent hood installed with inadequate venting. Cracked exterior limestone walls. We have inspection reports from home inspector and structural engineer for anyone's review. Contractor would "rig" repairs that were worse than the problem. Contractor left huge pile of construction debris on site - not removed or cleaned up. Many, many other issues per the inspection reports.
