"I would not recommend the Garage Door Doctor to anyone. I was told the technician would provide an estimate for a $59 site visit fee. However, the technician, Cecil, came and gave me an estimate of $442.50 without performing any work. He then claimed the garage door needed to be replaced for $6,500, including the garage door opener. When I told him I would get a second quote before replacing the door, he suddenly stated that the garage door could be fixed and that the motor needed to be replaced, for which he would charge $1,500. In the end, I paid $442.50 without getting the door fixed. Stay away from this company!"
