Zane's Plumbing

Everything is open, and working fine. I think the price was reasonable. I don't have many plumbing problems, but have used them before, and the work has always been done right. Zane is a little rough around the edges, but the work is professional. I have recommended Zane's to several friends. Zane usually answers the phone himself, while he is on the job. His manner is more brusque than a secretary sitting in an office, but he will take your information, and give you an estimate. He has always done the job right the 1st time.

I think he's a good plumber and I like him. he did a good job. I called him about the issue I had my my water heater but he was out of town. When he got back, he called me promptly. He came over and gave me an estimate. I wasn't sure what kind of water heater I wanted and he recommended this brand. I looked it up online and a lot of people didn't like that brand. I told him about those comments and he said he'd never had any problem with them. He gave me a good estimate, he was gonna do the whole thing for $1,250. They had to run extra fittings and stuff to convert it to the tank top. I would have gone with him but I really wanted another brand rather than the one he recommended. He didn't like the brand that I wanted.
