Description of Work: This is the 2nd time that I have used Kris. Due to the constant change of our weather here; He was extremely patient to the date changes, etc. The first time I used Kris was in May of this year and he did ALL windows inside and out. In September, I had him do the outside windows only. However, I had an extra project for him that was not "in his job description". I had a bird nest and the mess above my front door that needed to be removed and the whole front porch, windows, and door that needed to be cleaned. He had no problems with the extra project and I paid him extra for his time. I am very happy with Kris and both times the jobs were professionally done. (Also...he is extremely cautious of the interior of your home, and if he needs to move something....it is immediately put back in its place.)

 + -1 moreHe arrived early and started to work even before I answered the doorbell (as I was getting dressed). Kris was fast, but very thorough! He finished the entire house in 3 1/2 hours and did it very quietly...no disruption to me. I had asked him to clean all window sills as they had caked on dirt and he did so without hesitation. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future. He put me on his schedule to call me in 6 months to setup another cleaning. I was planning on asking if he would do this, but he beat me to the punch.
