The service was fine. They had exactly what we needed. They seemed very professional and helpful..
Description of Work: We picked up a small amount of material from them. We were changing a fireplace hearth out. We wanted to match a similar material that was above it. They had some small floor tiles that matched.

It was great up until the point they got the final check and then no return calls and no action as promised by sales person. From the purchase to the installation it was great with no problems or questons.. After the installation we called for them to return to look at a couple of things and they have not responded. We have one board that is splintered and catches the cleaning cloth and the trim is an issue. My major issue is the "after the sale" lack of caring
