ountQuality of windows was very good. Problem was the instillation was very poor. Left with cracked sheetrock and broken window frames. When they forgot to order one of the windows they said I'd get a reduction for the last one. Once that one was put , the story changed and they charged me for the supposed discount. Overall,I wish I'd had this job done by someone else, would no way ever use them again! Would post pictures if I knew how to do it. Buyer beware and take photos BEFORE they start. I.

I was told the windows would be installed in 1 day. It took 3 days for them to installed. The sheet rock and paint was damaged and several windows were hard to open or the locks didn't work. I made several calls, but no phone no calls were ever returned. I made the mistake of paying them when they finished. They promised to return and make necessary repairs. If you use these guys, make sure everything meets your expectations before final payment is made.

aweful!!!!! after waiting 6 to 8 weeks they arrived one of our big windows was the wrong size so they installed a couple of them left a mess which my husband called them about. we wait another 6 to 8 weeks then they break the window trying to put it in. my husband calls and asked them to send someone to seal it up until the new one came in but guess what No one did. Then another 6 to 8 weeks...no apology and no discount.... then window world calls and says city inspectors want more smoke alarms but they don't have money in the job to do it so we have to do it so we can get an inspection..... ok I have worked with other company's who care about their customers BUT this company may have cared about some but they sure didn't care about us. I do not like leaving bad reviews but we gave them ample time my husband had even called them asking for a return call concerning our concerns and never received one. only got the call concerning smoke alarms We intended on calling them back to replace more windows but after this experience we will try to find a business wit TRUE CUSTOMER CARE

I used Them last week. They cleaned up. Their product is great. They're a good team.

We used Window world in the past on our old home but sold the home prior to them installing the windows..... Sadly we did not get to enjoy the new windows in our old home but called to get new windows in our new home. Have not recieved the new windows yet but install is set for sometime around christmas. I would highly recommend window world for they have exceeded my expectations every time.

They were great! We will definitely use them again. They were timely, provided a good price, and always showed up on time. I was also impressed by their neatness and the way they cleaned up after themselves.

Wanted $65 dollars up front just to come out and give me a estimate!! I don't live in the Amarillo area but they say they service the surrounding counties. Don't say it if your not going to do it. I even told 'em I had cash in hand no financing, made no difference. Oh well, took my business else where!!

They were on time, covered all areas to be worked in, cleaned up all construction materials and trash, and even vacuumed up afterwards. The only requirement from us was to have any furniture 3 feet away from the openings. They even helped move it back. The windows perform flawlessly, are easy to clean, and we have noticed a significant reduction in noise (we live near a fire station) and the electrical usage had dropped to 65% of what it was a year ago. We akded people who had used them before and their rating with the BBB was excellent. The safety features, sun protection, and versatility of sliding either pane up or down were exactly what we wanted. The team was so easy to work with and the guarantee that comes with the windows is great. We had only one minor problem where two windows were installed next to one another so we called them and an installer called right back and was out promptly to fix it.we have 10 more windows to replace at a later date and will definitely use them again. We have enthusiastically recommended this company to friends, relatives, and anyone who stopped by after the installation. I couldn't be happier with their prices, work, guarantee, and people.
