Description of Work: I have had this service for over 6 years, we agreed out a price when I started, over the last 6 years, the cost to spent less that 5 minutes on my small lawn, less than 1,000 sq. ft. has gone up over 300 %, my lawn hasn't changed, there arrogance, and there price structure.

Description of Work: I used TruGreen. They pretreated for weeds.

Description of Work: The technician made six applications during this year. On two occasions he did not show up when scheduled and I had to call the office to reschedule both times. The second time, the regular guy was replaced by a different technician for my application. I have had four different technicians over the past few years and not one of them appeared to know what the lawn's trouble spots actually needed. They tried different solutions with little real success. I was promised this year such problems would not occur, but I ended up resodding a large part of my lawn through a different company. I was very disappointed with both the lawn service and the tree service.

Description of Work: Our yard looked bad at the first of spring--call tru green--steven came and examined the yard--said evidence of weeds, fungus, compacted soil. Explained all the treatment they would use--said our yard would improve dramatically and then would inform us when to overseed in the Fall. It NEVER improved. It got worse and worse. Called and complained. Said it would be taken care of. Finally cancelled the contract. After that, the rep showed up twice and I had to tell him we had cancelled. Than, in late October, the manager called to schedule our winter treatment!! He said he didn't know we had cancelled. Asked why--and I told him our yard had never looked worse! Have friends who tried to use them during the same time, and had exactly same experiemce.

Description of Work: I spoke to Kevin the sales rep, about treating my yard for weeds and fertilization and specified to him that service could not start till the 1st of June. He was very kind and said there would be no problem and that there would be a phone rep that would call to confirm. He also added that I should at the time of the call specify to them that I want serves to start on the 1st of June so I did. I also made sure that Kevin wrote the date down in which I wanted the services to start, which he did. Well they showed up on 5/25/2011 and did a service. Go figure!!!! I called right away and spoke to Steve the general manager and he said that he would take care of the problem and credit the amount.
