We moved from Virginia to Texas and discovered that our Virginia furniture would just not work in our new house. We went to Texas Furniiture and ended up purchased several items, among them a beautiful leather sofa at the end of June and had it delivered July 1st. After sitting on it for longer than we did in the store, we determined that while it was beautiful, it did not "fit" us. They have a 5 day policy for returns but we were unable to get back to the store in that time frame due to a family emergency. We explained the situatiion to them and they were more than happy to help us out with our return and subsequent purchase of another sofa which will fit our needs. Texas Furniture is a very professional company with excellent employees and staff, We could not be happier with the outcome. We will continue to use this company in the future.
