+ -1 moreI called and asked this same lady to break down the reciept for me and she was very argumentative. Her response was she upgraded according to the total price I asked about on the internet. I repeated myself THREE times and declined and specified the amount I wanted to spend. There was no question to the fact I wanted the $35.00 plant. So this lady made an unauthorized transaction on my debit card without my consent, this is theft. She said she would go pick up his plant and take him the 35.00 dollar plant, mind you this is 6 days after the plant was delivered. This lady was completely unapologetic and assumed no responsibility for stealing money from me.
Description of Work: I oredered a plant for my little girl to send to her daddy for his birthday, I specified the type of plant and the price according to the size $35.00 plus tax and delivery. The saleswoman asked me several times if I would like to upgrade add additional gifts etc I declined and repeated the amount of the plant. The internet listed a much higher price so I asked tis lady if that was correct to deduct from my account? I again repeated my order assuming out of honesty she would correct the figures if it was incorrect. This is what I would expect from a local business your are trusting with your debit card number. I looked at my bank statement 6 days later and she charged my card $70.00!!! That is theft and if there was question about this she should have contacted me with the phone number I provided her with.
