Description of Work: They came to repair our dish washer, because it wouldn't dry the dishes. The repairman ordered a part took two weeks and a call it was installed. Didn't work. Called them said they would order a new part. Several calls and 6 weeks later. They installed a new part. Still didn't work. My husband spoke to the owner he said hed be upset too. They never contacted us again.

Description of Work: I bought parts for my dryer, they were a bit higher priced than ordering online, but they had the parts on the shelf and the wife got her dryer back in service that day. I'll happily pay a little more for personal same day service.
