+ -1 moreShowed up at the rental center (34th St location) without a reservation and they got me set up and equipment loaded in just a few minutes. I rented it for two hours but it actually took almost 3 hours to finish my yard...when I returned the machine they did not charge me for the extra time. They have always been good to work with.
