Description of Work: They installed laminate flooring in my downstairs entryway, office, and living area. This company is professional and HONEST! They stand by their work. They are also quick and efficient. I have recommended ROCKHOLT'S to many already. VERY pleased with this company.

+ -1 moreOnce work was awarded to Rockholt, we arranged for a time to get started about two weeks into the future. Since my home is empty, this was a relatively straight forward in and out job for them, but it did take 5 days to complete due to all the steps involved. On day one, he warned me that the work would ruin the paint on the baseboards unless extra precaution were taken. Since i plan to repaint the entire home anyways, I said not to worry. They did blow a breaker in the electrical panel during sanding, but eventually replaced that breaker before leaving the jobsite. They were cooperative in completing work inside closets and mechanical room which may not have been in their bid without any arguement. Overall, the finished product looks great, a total reversal of what the floors looked like to start with.
Description of Work: Rockholt refinished the original hardwood floors in my home (approx 1600sf of flooring). This included sanding, repairing dents and scratches, "popping the grain", staining, and sealing.

+ -1 moreIt was quite an experience. The worst part was that the layout of our home made it difficult to live in the house while having the floors done. Would have been much easier to go on vacation while they did the work. They were really great. They did damage a ceiling fan, but happily compensated for it.
Description of Work: This company came in and tore out carpet and tile, laid wood flooring, hand scraped the flooring, then came in with stain and finish. The entire crew were very courteous and considerate of our family. They went out of their way to answer questions and the tried to keep the mess contained. Mr. Rockholt is a pleasure to work with and goes that extra mile. We had a water leakage during this process and they did not object to redoing an area that was already completed. The only thing I ever questioned was how many coats of finish should be put down. Thanks to this company for the high quality of work they did for us.
