Description of Work: He never called me. He said he would but didn't.

Description of Work: After visiting, provider did not respond with quote, or follow up.

Description of Work: He did good work.. He only worked 2 days a week and therefore things went very slowly. He did not return to finish the very last work in the bathroom. He would not return phone calls! He said he would be back and then did not show up for several days. The work he did looks good and his tile work is very nice. I really wanted him to come back and finish the last work but he did not and I had to have someone else do the last work. I really hate that he would not answer his phone or return my calls.

Description of Work: Contacted RG Construction to remove and repour a concrete porch. Rick Gutierrez came to the house; looked the job over and quoted a price. I accepted the price and asked when he could do the job. He advised on Wednesday which was less than a week away. I waited all of the indicated Wednesday and he did not show. I called the office number to inquire why he did not show up. There was no answer but I did leave a message. A week later I had not heard from R-G Construction. I called again and left another message which has also been ignored. I will waste no more time with them. Further, I recommend that no one else wastes their time with RG Construction.

Description of Work: I had carpet taken up in kitchen/dining room and replaced with tile. They helped me pick out the tile,unload at my house and started the job on time. It took 4 days total and each day,the work site was cleaned and trash hauled off. The finioshed product is great. My wife and I are extremely pleased.He also sub-contracted a A/C unit replacement and that work was done very quickly and professionally
