Description of Work: Did tile work in a timely manner. Could have tried to lay the tile on the floor more even. Had to shim up the island to get it level.

Description of Work: We have used Ramon for several jobs and will continue use him. We have been pleased with everything he has done. This job was for our kitchen. Tile, took out a wall, granite, tile back splash, paint. He can do anything. We had a problem with our plumbing and had called Apex Plumbing (recommended off Angie's List very highly. Horrible experience!!! Ramon and his helper were able to fix our problem!!! He has also done jobs for two or our daughters and several friends.

Description of Work: I remodeled my master bathroom. Ramon Perez removed a bathtub and converted it to a shower, did extensive tile work, replaced the toilet, sink, lighting and installed granite counter tops. The results was beautiful. They worked diligently and reported on time every morning. They were neat and tidy and cleaned up the area each evening before leaving. I highly recommend Ramon Perez

Description of Work: Converted a mess of closet/laundry into a fabulous new master bath Walk in shower. Beautiful laundry room. Laid slate tile though out main floor and master. Ramon added french doors to the back yard. Work is exceptional and Ramon and the crew are courteous and wonderful I kept adding more and more got Ramon to do. I have a huge list for Ramon after he finishes other jobs. five stars without a doubt.

Description of Work: Mr Perez is a wonderful man to do business with. Has done everything we have asked to have done professionally and in a timely manner. Actually he has gone out of his way to make sure we are happy with how we want things done and has made excellent suggestions to us on the best way to do certain things. We have had him texture, paint, install new baseboards, install new inside and outside doors, paint fireplace, lay porcelain tile, install granite counter tops, install new sink and over the stove microwave, paint cabinets, install back splash, and install new light fixtures. He has finished our living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway. His next project will be to renovate our 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and paint our outside trim. Mr Perez can do anything you need so you do not have to hire additional contractors. So glad we found him!

Description of Work: Remodeled master bath. Mr. Perez totally gutted the old bathroom, built walk-in shower with a bench, put in wainscoting, custom built vanity, installed new lighting, painted all woodwork, floated out walls for wallpaper, tiled the floor. We purchased the materials. Best contractor ever! He fixed plumbing and electrical problems we were not aware of. Beautiful work, very accommodating to us and our schedule, and they cleaned up the work area every day.

Description of Work: Ramon did an amazing job. He actually fit us into his schedule and turned out to be an awesome worker and very considerate. Loved the work he completed and looking forward to hiring him again next summer to remodel our kitchen. But will give him plenty of notice as he is a very busy guy.

Description of Work: Mr.Perez removed old tile from my home and laid new tile. He did an exquisite job! He laid different patterns in each room without charging me more money. He is a kind man who would show up on time every day. I would definitely use Mr.Perez again.

Description of Work: I used Ramon Perez for ceramic. I had used him a month ago.

Description of Work: Remodeling of small bath, tore out drywall & tile, put up new drywall, textured walls & painted, put down new ceramic floor. Has done tile work for me in the past & has always done a great job. Put up light fixture, toilet paper holder & towel bar. Had a plumbing company do the plumbing part because I had a gas wall heater that needed capped. Ramon probably could have done it, but I felt better having a certified plumber do that.
